YOUR PAYMENTS.
YOUR BUSINESS.
PROTECTED.
Your payment processor sits at the center of your business cash flow. MyMerchantProcessor helps business owners understand processing costs, payment infrastructure, merchant-account risks, and how MCA obligations or creditor pressure may interact with business receivables.
Merchant-first education and payment-processing solutions for U.S. businesses.
[ THE PROBLEM ]
YOUR PROCESSOR IS MORE THAN A WAY TO ACCEPT CARDS.
Your processor may sit between customer payments and operating cash needed for:
Payroll
Inventory
Rent
Vendors
Taxes
Expansion
Debt Obligations
When processing becomes unstable, expensive, restricted, or entangled with other business obligations, the impact can spread throughout the company.

Merchant Protection
Understand reserves, holds, chargebacks, account stability, processor changes, and the infrastructure surrounding your receivables.

[ PROCESSING SOLUTIONS ]
PROCESSING SHOULD SUPPORT THE BUSINESS — NOT BECOME ANOTHER SOURCE OF PRESSURE.
Credit Card Processing
Pricing, equipment, processing structures, settlement timing, and statements.
Dual Pricing
Two-price structures that reflect the cost of card acceptance, where eligible.
Zero-Cost / Service-Fee Structures
Customer-service-fee programs that may shift card cost, subject to rules and eligibility.
POS & Equipment
Terminals, POS systems, and software matched to the business environment.
Processor Replacement
Evaluating a move to a different processor when appropriate for the business.
Merchant Account Review
A structured review of statements, fees, and processing structure.
Payment Infrastructure Review
Examining holds, reserves, settlement, and account stability.
Pricing, program availability, card-network requirements, applicable laws, disclosures, and merchant eligibility vary. MyMerchantProcessor does not universally promise zero fees or any particular outcome.
[ MCA + PROCESSING ]
WHEN MCA PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT PROCESSING COLLIDE
A merchant may have scheduled ACH withdrawals, daily or weekly MCA payments, multiple active advances, card-receivables obligations, UCC filings, personal guaranties, processor-related provisions, and creditor communications. These arrangements can become confusing quickly.
MyMerchantProcessor helps merchants understand what each mechanism means and what processing options may warrant evaluation.
[ ACH AUTHORIZATION ≠ BANK CONTROL ]
An MCA agreement may authorize scheduled ACH debits from a designated account. That is not the same as ownership or control of the account, and it is not the same as a UCC filing or a court judgment.
ACH authorization, a security interest, and legal process are different concepts. Understanding the difference matters.
[ UCC ≠ JUDGMENT ]
A UCC financing statement provides public notice of a claimed security interest in described collateral. It should not automatically be interpreted as a judgment, bank freeze, levy, garnishment, ownership of the business, or unrestricted access to business accounts.
Actual rights and remedies depend on agreements, applicable law, collateral, priority, and any legal process involved. When legal rights are disputed or active court process exists, merchants should consult qualified counsel.
[ UCC EDUCATION ]
A UCC FILING IS NOT THE SAME THING AS A COURT JUDGMENT.
These terms are not interchangeable. A security interest, a public filing, and an enforceable court order each carry different rights and consequences.
